These amazing looking bites of bliss are from The Cookie Sandwich Co., located in San Diego.  It's homemade cooking and the freshest ingredients sans batter and flour all over your kitchen.  They are currently and online biz but they deliver locally and Fedex coast-to-coast so everyone with a sweet-tooth can enjoy these treats.
